Payments

You can use either credit or pay by cash funded Paypal.

2 Checkout is a certified seller of Far Flung Craft products. 2 Checkout is a secured server and Far Flung Craft does not keep records or copies of your credit card information.

You can also pay through Paypal for non-credit card funded transactions.

Ordering

As an internet store we receive your orders 24 hour a day - 7 days a week, but due to time differences around the world it may take up to 48 hours for us to send you an order acknowledgement. If we do not respond in that time, we may not have received your order. We process orders everyday, but shipments take place Monday-Friday, so if you place your order on Friday evening, your order will not ship until the following Monday.

Shipping

We ship registered airmail, unless otherwise requested and will offer insurance for an additional charge. Airmail from Asia to the US takes on average 7 days to reach the States or Europe. We can also ship via DHL or Federal Express, at actual shipping costs, please contact us if you prefer this method.

Shipping Charges

For retail orders we charge a flat rate of 15% for shipping anywhere in the world. Please note however, that Googaw charms are extraordinarily heavy and additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you in that event and you may choose your shipping options.

Please Note: International orders are generally subject to local import fees, duty, customs, VAT charges or additional taxes in the country of destination. Far Flung Craft is not responsible for, nor can offer specific advice on, any import fees, duty, customs, VAT or taxes that you may have to pay when your merchandise arrives. We advise you to consult with your local government import office for specific information about these potential charges.
